Shawn Parker is a lifelong resident of Columbus, Ohio, and Founder of Parker Realty Associates and New Perspective Asset Management. Shawn holds the Salesperson Licensure (1994) and Real Estate Broker Licensure (2008) through Hondros College and is licensed to practice by the state of Florida.

​A 1987 Secondary Education Graduate of The Ohio State University, Shawn completed graduate level classes at the Ohio State University Fisher College of Business in Finance, Business Law, and Marketing.

​Simultaneously appointed as Receiver to the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas in 2008  by the Hon. Judge Richard Sheward, Hon. Judge Frye, Hon. Judge Richard Schneider, and Hon. Judge Kimberly Cocroft.  Shawn also was appointed in Stark County Court to serve the northeast portion of Ohio and is an active Receiver for the Union County Court of Common Pleas.

​Shawn's professional working background includes positions with Borden, Nestle SA and Eastman Kodak.

​Shawn’s is an active volunteer Director of the Delta Chi House Corporation of  The Ohio State University, a member of the Knights of Columbus, and a former Assistant Scoutmaster with Troop 117 of the Boy Scouts of America,  where he was the recipient in 2009 of the “Bridge Builder Award” for distinguished service.
